A-List Productions was created in 2021 by Bronsen Stewart, a longtime Alaska resident. After being involved with many theater companies in the state, he decided that he must venture on his own to create the theater experience he always wanted. After a couple trial runs of some smaller shows, Bronsen realized he had the knack for directing. A short time later, A-List Productions was born.

Although A-List Productions is considered a community theater company, we aim for professional performances. Our mission and goal is to create performance oppurtunities for talented performers. Top notch direction from experienced and seasoned directors and guests, alongside hard working cast and crew members, help to create and unforgettable theatrical experience here in Alaska. Simply put, A-List Productions is here to provide a more elevated experience from an audience perspective, as well as a performers perspective.

Alongside performances, A-List Productions loves to give back to the community. When we book shows and venues, we try to partner with a good cause to help our community. By fundraising and reaching out in our community, A-List Productions does it's best to stay non-profit, so that the focus is to involve the community and bring unforgettable performances to the forefront of theater in Alaska.

Why is theater so important? Well, believe it or not, theater is one of the greatest things that can bring a community together. Live theater is more than just a musical or a play. Live theater is a story. A story that needs to be told. It is something so sacred, that it allows a room full of strangers to become connected to one story. This is a powerful feeling that A-List Productions wants any theater-goer or performer to experience at every one of our shows. A-List Productions wants to tell these stories for everyone to connect with and have a memorable experience.
